OUR STORY
Little Busy Bees Daycare started in 2017 from my love for children and wanting a more personal and caring environment for my own son during his early years.
As the oldest of four girls, caring for others has always come naturally to me. From a young age, I found joy in helping, teaching guiding and being someone children felt comfortable around. Over the years, that love grew into something bigger and inspired me to create a space where children feel safe, supported, loved and excited to learn every day.
At Little Busy Bees, we understand that every child is different. Some children need extra patience, some need encouragement and some simply need a calm and nurturing environment where they feel seen and understood. We take pride in building real relationships with both children and families.
I have 25 years of childcare experience and over 15 years of experience working with children with special needs. I am also continuing my education in early childhood education to continue growing and providing the best care possible for children.
Over the years, families from Roosevelt and surrounding areas and even outside of Long Island, have trusted Little Busy Bees with their children. Some parents travel far just so I can care for their infant and level of trust is something I never take for granted.

At Little Busy Bees, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, understood, and encouraged to be themselves.
We understand that every child develops at their own pace and has their own personality, learning style, and emotional needs. Our goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where children can build confidence, learn through hands-on experiences, develop social skills, and feel comfortable exploring the world around them.
We believe in teaching with patience, guidance, consistency, and genuine care. Along with early learning, we focus on helping children build independence, communication skills, kindness, creativity, and positive relationships with others.
At Little Busy Bees, we want children to feel excited to learn, comfortable expressing themselves, and confident in who they are. We believe strong foundations created during early childhood can positively shape the way children grow, learn, and see themselves for years to come.
